Our experience using Lee's was super positive. Scheduling was easy and the tech was knowledgeable, courteous and very quick. He easily diagnosed the problem with our ice maker and had a solution in his van. While the cost may have been slightly higher, the convenience, speed and quality of the repair was worth it. From start to finish was less than an hour.Yes you can buy replacement parts online and do it yourself, but having a tech who knows the ins and outs can save time and money.

My experience with Lee's Appliance and Refrigeration Service exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the advance phone call by the Tech (Jared) letting me know when he would be arriving. Jared was professional and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix our issue with our oven and clear the error code, but he answered all of my questions and gave me some pointers which I appreciate. I was expecting to replace an electrical component in our oven, but thanks to Jared's knowledge and experience he was able to get our oven working again! Very impressed overall with the service from Lee's.

I highly recommend Lee's I highly recommend Lee's Appliance and Refrigerator Repair.When I called on a Friday afternoon, looking for someone to fix our GE dishwasher, the receptionist was friendly, polite, and helpful. She was able to schedule me for the next Monday morning, told me the name of the repairman who would be coming, and explained the charge for the service call.On Sunday morning, our power went out and the surge when it returned shut down our refrigerator. I called their office to ask if Jared could also fix the refrigerator when he came. I left a voice message and sent an email. They called me back on Monday morning and added the refrigerator to my scheduled appointment.Jared arrived within the window they had confirmed. He was professional, wore a mask, and offered to remove his boots before coming into the house. He looked at both appliances, had experience solving both problems, and fixed both appliances efficiently and with no mess.I was able to pay with a credit card, and received both receipts by email before he left. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely call Lee's for any future appliance repairs.

Drew was amazing! He was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and very trustworthy. He fixed the problem temporarily until my new part arrived and then came back to do the complete repair as soon as the part came in. I felt completely comfortable asking him questions about the repair and having him in my home while I was there alone. The scheduling was also easy and fast. Lee’s appliance is the best!

I had a brand new oven and range installed when I purchased a home. When I was moved in the range was giving me an error code. I contacted the warranty department who put me in touch with Lee's appliance. They were extremely quick response and quick to come out and check it out. My service rep Brian was very helpful and explaining the situation and was able to get parts ordered and repaired quickly. He was extremely friendly and professional and on time. He communicated properly to me as well. I would recommend them anytime and kudos for Brian for fixing an issue that has allowed me to now cook in my new home! Thanks!
